Hollywood actor filed to divorce his wife after 22 years of marriage

Sources claim that actor Ewan McGregor left his wife after falling in love with beautiful actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

According to TMZ, Ewan McGregor filed for divorce in court on Jan 19 for reasons that could not reconcile the differences between the two. McGregor is expected to share the raising right of three of the four children of both Jamyan (16), Esther (15) and Anouk (6).

At the same time, his wife, production designer Eve Mavrakis, also applied, but asked to have entire right to raise their children and Star Wars actor only visited.

In the document, the 46-year-old actor said he was ready to give money to his ex-wife. According to sources from TMZ, the couple did not sign a pre-marriage guarantee, so it is likely that the property will be divided into two.

Ewan McGregor and Eve Mavrakis divorced in October 1977, shortly after the actor was caught kissing the beautiful Mary Elizabeth Winstead in London, England. Many sources claim that McGregor and Mary fell in love with each other when filming the same film Fargo.

In November of this year, the couple took hand openly in Hollywood. Earlier, Mary Elizabeth Winstead broke up with director Riley Stearns in May 2017, ending a seven-year marriage.

Late last year, on Eve Mavrakis' personal page, viewers repeatedly questioned her marital status and actor Ewan McGregor. Most are on the side of Mavrakis, criticizing McGregor's adultery: "I can not believe Ewan can do that, she's much better than him, if you can, just get every penny of him."

Eve Mavrakis, 51, tacitly acknowledged her husband's affair by commenting, "What can I do?"

Ewan McGregor is a famous Scottish actor. He has starred in such films as Fargo, Beauty and the Beast, Star Wars, The Impossible ... He was ranked 37th in the top 100 movie stars of all time.
